DESCRIPTION:This session we will be working on massage and movement techniques to assist in removing tension\, increasing blood flow\, improving overall health and achieving relaxation. \nIf you have a partner to work with this will be beneficial however solo versions will also be shown. \nFor solo work you will require a medicine ball or similar (basketball or tennis ball is ok) and a long stick.
