Due to the nature of the art you will find no two classes are ever the same.
As we don’t focus on set forms or techniques you will cover various exercises and drills such as,
- Warm-ups: Focused on breathing, mobility, and relaxation.
- Movement drills: Developing natural, efficient body mechanics.
- Partner exercises: Learning to control tension, balance, and reaction to force.
- Self-defense training: Practical applications against strikes, grabs, weapons, and multiple opponents.
- Breathing and endurance work: Building resilience under stress
Classes are conducted in a friendly, supportive environment, with an emphasis on adaptability and self-awareness.
