Systema is a holistic method of improving your health. In Systema you will become healthy in bodymind and spirit. We often use the words fit and healthy interchangeably. However it is possible to be fit, without being healthy. Many athletes are often on the verge of illness due to the stress that their training places on their system.

In Systema you learn to improve the way that you do four key things:

  1. Breathe
  2. Move
  3. Relax
  4. Manage your body’s structure.

Small changes in any one of these make a big difference to your health. Improvements to all four are life changing.

In Systema you will understand how to relax the body and move freely, easily and naturally. Everyday movement becomes a pleasure and a joy rather than a chore. With this mindset you will move more and move in ways that promote health.

The sessions are suitable for anyone of any ability or age. The methodology develops you progressively and holistically. Injuries are very rare in Systema. There are no machines and training, once learnt can be done anywhere at anytime.

Indeed a key component is that you learn to breathe, move, maintain structure and relax more effectively in everyday life. Systema is life changing.
