Our Systema Youth and Family Classes offer a unique and engaging way for kids and parents to develop confidence, resilience, and essential life skills—all while having fun! Designed for children aged 4-14 and their parents, these classes use dynamic games and interactive drills to teach self-defence in a natural and enjoyable way.

Who Can Join?

Ages 4-7: Parent participation required.

Ages 7-14: Parent participation optional.

Siblings & Parents Welcome! Train together and build valuable skills as a team.

Class Details

Tuesdays 5pm – 6pm

Term 1: Feb 4th – Apr 8th

Term 2: May 6th – Jul 2nd

Term 3: Jul 21st – Sep 24th

Term 4: Oct 13th – Dec 10th

💲 Investment: $200 per term (includes class t-shirt)

Fees will be adjusted if joining partway through any term period
