First launched in 2015, Lessons From HQ was created to share the ideas, concepts, and training experiences developed through direct connection with Systema HQ and the international Systema community.

Over the years, these workshops have provided a rare and insightful connection to the evolving training methods, concepts, and atmosphere of HQ — bringing that experience directly to local practitioners.

After several years on hold, the series returns in 2026.
