DAY 1
A unique day of exploring INTERNAL RELAXATION. Massage, breathing and internal conditioning work into direct application of defense against holds and throws.
DAY 2
Day two is dedicated to understanding to the principles of Systema Striking. From simple pushes to complex striking. With massage, breathing and internal conditioning work.
DAY 3
One of the deadliest areas of study: Knife defense. Broken down into drills designed to develop the skills necessary to take knives away from armed opponents in the real world. Even against multiple armed attackers. With massage, breathing and internal conditioning work.
DAY 4 – MASTERS DAY
Day four is dedicated to combining all the previous areas of study into a unique and comprehensive view of your fighting skills. For all levels of defense.
Five hours a day of solid training and Systema philosophy with one of The System’s most unique practitioners. Guaranteed personal instruction. A not to be missed event.
