This session we will be working on massage and movement techniques to assist in removing tension, increasing blood flow, improving overall health and achieving relaxation.
If you have a partner to work with this will be beneficial however solo versions will also be shown.
For solo work you will require a medicine ball or similar (basketball or tennis ball is ok) and a long stick. A broom stick or similar is suitable.
As this requires no experience and is suitable for all ages we strongly encourage that your family join you!
Class will conclude with a Q&A for approximately 10 minutes.
As we appreciate that many people are in tough situations we are offering this on a ‘pay-what-you-want’ basis up to $20.
