This session will be exploring stretching and movement techniques coupled with breathwork to improve day to day mobility.
These exercises help to improve circulation, free your movement , strengthen tendons and ligaments and improve overall well being.
As this requires no experience and is suitable for all ages we strongly encourage that your family join you!
Class will conclude with a Q&A for approximately 10 minutes.
As we appreciate that many people are in tough situations we are offering this on a ‘pay-what-you-want’ basis up to $20.
