Join us for a very special 2 hour online Systema workshop direct from Toronto with the Systema Twins, Adam & Brendon Zettler.
This will be a unique Q&A interview format workshop lead by participants questions*.
Demonstrations and exercises will be incorporated where applicable to assist with explanations.

This will be a great opportunity to obtain insight on Systema within our current restricted environment from two highly experienced senior instructors under Vladimir Vasiliev.
Workshop fee is $20 and event info will be sent upon confirmation of payment.
