This session will be adding more dynamic movement to the existing exercise pillars combined with breath work.
Ground movement and level changes will be incorporated.
These exercises are used to develop health and well being, increase range of movement and promote healthy joints and connective tissue.
No experience required and suitable for all ages.
We strongly encourage that your family join you!
Class will conclude with a Q&A for approximately 10 minutes.
As we appreciate that many people are in tough situations we are offering this on a ‘pay-what-you-want’ basis up to $20.
